F&B Manager – Cheshire nr Crewe
This 4 star group hotel based in the beautiful countryside of Cheshire are recruiting for a hands on F&B Manager to join their team.
The hotel with approx 60 + bedrooms have a rosette restaurant as well as M&E for up to 150 guests and full leisure and spa facilities based across the venue.
You will work with your management team which consists of Restaurant Manager,M&E Manager and also Bar Manager and respective teams in each department.
Your main focus is on service delivery as well as managing effectively with regards to department costs for wages,liquor GP margins and the ability to have a flexible team to work in other departments when required and always to work as a team for a common goal of the guest.
Working closely with the GM and DGM this is a great new role to use your skills and experience and deliver in all key areas of the business and to be a focused,driven and commited manager.
