Sous Chef £33,000 plus £2k annual bonus and equal share of tips each month. 48 hours per week

Anglesey

Stunning location in North wales.

We are recruiting for a Sous Chef for a lovely gastro pub.

You will be in charge of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

Making sure the food offering is a good standard, bring ideas to the menu.

You will be training the junior kitchen team members including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.

You will ensure all due diligence and food safety standards are followed at all times.
