Hotel and Conference centre with 150 bedrooms and 20 + function rooms.

Your role as sous chef will be to deputise for the Head Chef in his absence.

Train junior members of the team including CDP and Commis chefs.

Oversee the day to day operations and ensure all the food offerings are to company standards.

You will be a CDP looking for their next step or a junior sous.

You need to be used to a fast place environment, lots of buffet and conference style food.
