We are recruiting for a stunning boutique hotel 38 luxury rooms with a beautiful modern and elegant restaurant and cosy bar area.
Serving Breakfast lunch and dinner.
As Sous Chef you will be running the kitchen on a day to basis, ensuring the food goes out to a high standard and all hygiene practises in the kitchen are followed and documented.
Training the Chef de Parties and Commis Chef.
Bringing new ideas to the menu and deputising for the Head Chef on his days off.
Other duties including helping to generate a positive GP in the kitchen and being a passionate and strong leader in the kitchen.
