This 4-star hotel and spa has 130 plus bedrooms, restaurant for 120 and banqueting for up to 250 people.
This a friendly hotel that works from a branded menu.
As a Sous chef you will a seasoned chef, with a passion for cooking.
They want a hands on Sous chef that will work with the CDP and Commis chefs to train and nurture them.
