Senior Sommelier £26,910 plus £3-5K service charge

Hampshire Area 45 hours per week.

Working in a 5 star luxury hotel venue.

We are looking for a professional and dedicated sommelier that can ensure the equipment is clean for service.

You will be able to advise guests on the best wine pairings to accompany their food to enhance the guest experience.

Put away the wine deliveries,also keep the cellars neat and tidy at all times.

Working as part of the restaurant team and liaise with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager.
