Shrewsbury area 45 hour contract
We are recruiting for a lovely rural hotel in the Shrewsbury area.
The hotel is 60 + bedrooms, with a 80 cover restaurant, main hotel bar and several function rooms catering for up to 100 + guests in the largest suite and other meeting rooms.
Your role Junior Sous will be reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and as part of the kitchen team
You will be working on all sections of the kitchen, keeping your section clean at all times. You will be given certain responsibilities to help you gain experience to becoming a Senior Sous chef, this will include GP training , stock taking and training junior members of the team.
