Nr Chester

Gastro pub with rooms on the outskirts of Chester , serving up to 300 throughout a busy day.

With a lovely inside and outdoor seating and the venue is serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are looking for a confident and passionate Head Chef.

You must be used to using fresh ingredients, and cooking seasonal menus.

You will have full autonomy over the menus and the running of the kitchen on a day to day basis.

This is a friendly team and nice working environment.

You will be capable of hitting the GP set by the company and also in charge of staff training and due diligence
