Stunning City centre hotel, open for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
4 star, 45 luxury bedrooms and 100 seater restaurant.
Your role as Demi Chef de Partie will be working on a set station that must be kept clean and tidy.
You will prep your section ready for service. You will help to train commis chefs. Be assisting senior chefs when required. Adhere to all due diligence paperwork.
