Shrewsbury area 45 hour contract
We are recruiting for a lovely rural hotel in the Shrewsbury area.
The hotel is 60 + bedrooms, with a 80 cover restaurant, main hotel bar and several function rooms catering for up to 100 + guests in the largest suite and other meeting rooms.
Your role as CDP will be reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef and as part of the kitchen team.
You will be working on all sections of the kitchen, prepping for service, running your corner and keeping your section clean at all times.
