Chef de partie nr Chester
£12-£13 per hour plus company benefits.
Passionate and enthusiastic chefs wanted, for a 4 star hotel complex in the Cheshire countryside with a golf course and spa.
This is part of a luxury group of hotels with hotels across the UK.
The hotel has approx 60 + bedrooms with 70 cover restaurant and also C&B for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
You will manage your day to day section, and make you you are working cleanly.
You will show leadership and be in charge of ordering ingredients for your section.
Part of your duties will include developing and training Commis chefs and supporting the Head Chef in delivering food costs.
