4 star, 45 luxury bedrooms and 100 seater restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will in charge of a section to prep and serve meals that day, you will have the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen. You must be passionate about cooking , help to train the Commis chefs. Ensure your work station is clean and tidy.
