Chef de Partie £28,000-£30,000 per year plus company benefits
Nr Henley
We are recruiting for a stunning boutique hotel with approx 40 luxury bedrooms.
Beautiful modern and elegant restaurant and cosy bar area.
The restaurant is serving Breakfast lunch and dinner.
As Chef de Partie you will report to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
You will be in charge of your own section of the kitchen, this includes prep, service, hygiene and all ordering on a daily basis.
You will help to train the Commis chef, and ensure that the food going out from your section is of a high standard.
You will also be required to help cut down waste in the Kitchen and in turn help achieve the GP set by the company.
