Chef de partie -Portsmouth area

This 4 star luxury hotel, part of an expanding group are presently recruiting for a chef de partie.
The hotel has 60+ bedrooms with a 100 cover restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and also has facilities for events/conferences for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
The role of the chef de partie is prepping you section ready for service. Keeping you section clean and tidy and adhering to all due diligence. You will report to the Senior chef de partie, Sous and Head chef. You will make sure fridges and store rooms have stock rotation in place. You will be overseeing the commis chefs.
