A 4-star 60 + bedroom hotel and spa set in great rural location nr Chester/Wirral are seeking a talented Banqueting Head Chef.
Must be passionate and have relevant experience in running and preparing banquets.
These will include high end weddings, events and corporate dining.
The Hotel has 2 event halls that can accommodate a combined 570 guests, and a fine dining restaurant.
You will be responsible for a small team, own ordering and GP and you will report to the Executive Head Chef.
