This 4 star luxury hotel, part of an expanding group are presently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
The hotel has 60+ bedrooms with a 100 cover restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and also has facilities for events/conferences for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
The role of the Sous Chef is to support the head chef with the daily operation and also to deputies on his days off. You will be ordering and helping to keep the GP in the margins set.
You will be overseeing prep and service and also training junior members of the team.
Part of your duties will be to keep on top of due diligence and cleanliness of the kitchen
