Venue Operations Manager – Edinburgh

£40k,pension,bonus,company discounts,training and development

We are presently working with this venue in great location in Edinburgh who are recruiting for a hands on Operations Manager to lead the operation day to day and to offer and deliver great guest service.

The venue offers a home from home concept with approx 50 + bedrooms with various room choices available and caters to both the corporate and leisure markets staying in the city with great choices available offering a great guest experience.

Your role is to lead the day to day operations in all areas of the business and working with the department teams to ensure a consistent high standard of service at all times.

To create a positive experience for guests,to connect and liaise with all departments in the business,working with the reception and housekeeping teams to deliver this consistent great service.

You will be able to communicate with the team and to have a clear focus on the requirements of their departments and generate that home from home feeling at all times from the process of checking in and out of the operation and to the quality of the guest room with a seamless guest experience.

Working with and assisting the Department Managers and teams in their departments and to ensure the positive attitude throughout the venue at all times.

Also to set goals and objectives for the team and to generate and increase sales and revenue

Reporting to the General Manager and liaise with the HOD’s with regular meetings with the departments.
