Sr Sous/Head Chef – Crewe 

This 4 star group hotel based in Crewe centre are now recruiting for a hands on Sr Sous/Head Chef to join their team.

The operation consists of over 150 + bedrooms with 150 cover restaurant,various M&E rooms for up to 170 guests in the largest suite and other meeting and function rooms.

The hotel offers within the restaurant a core menu with input able for menus specials but generally the main focus is standards of the food offering and work to menu specs.

As Head Chef you are part of the management of the operation and will be working with the kitchen brigade in a hands on role and to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.

You will be able to ensure a consistently high quality of food,also you will be aware of all food safety and hygiene standards at work to ensure a 5 star rating on the next inspection.

Also work consistently towards the food GP margins along with management of stock controls as well as food purchasing.

Reporting direct to the General Manager and as part of the hotel management team be required to attend HOD meetings etc.

£30k,benefits,10% bonus
