Great new role based in the Wirral

Sous Chef – Wirral

This 4 star group hotel based on the Wirral are presently recruiting for a Head Chef to join their kitchen brigade.

As Sous Chef you will work with and support the Head Chef in day to day kitchen operations and ensure that the food served in all areas of the hotel which includes award winning restaurant,casual all day dining and also with the C&B areas of the hotel will be of the highest standards.

You will work with and support the junior team members and offer training and development to make them efficient team members and also assist the Head Chef and deputise in their absence.

Also have an involvement in menus and as well be involved in all kitchen management including food gp margins,manage wages,also food safety requirements etc.

Reporting to the Head Chef and work with and support the hotel management and as part of the senior team.

The role will suit and individual with previous Sous Chef experience that has the ability to also work hands on in all corners of the kitchen.
