Sous Chef – South Manchester

I am presently working with a well regarded hotel group with operations across the North West for one of the venues in South Manchester.

The business consists of a boutique hotel that offers a bespoke guest service and is well known for the highest standards of guest care and the standard of the food served in all areas of the business.

As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen team and be able to maintain and deliver those standards and prepare the all fresh food for all areas of the hotel which includes casual dining,breakfast all cooked to order as well as for events,weddings etc.

You will also manage and work with the team and ensure all food hygiene standards are achieved as well as food gp and cost controls,reporting direct to the Group Chef.
