Working at present with a highly regarded 4 star hotel with superb facilities which includes leisure , spa , golf as well as 2 restaurants and large M&E in the region nr Chester , Cheshire.
The business is well known for offering it’s guest the ultimate guest care as well as great facilities in all areas of the hotel & highest standards of food served in all areas of the business.
As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen team and be able to maintain and deliver those standards and prepare the all fresh food for all areas of the hotel for the hotel restaurants as well as for the major events,weddings etc.
You will also manage and work with the team and ensure all food hygiene standards are achieved as well as food gp and cost controls,reporting direct to the Exec Chef.
£25k,overtime paid,benefits
