Sous Chef – Manchester

This well regarded boutique hotel group based in Manchester are presently looking to recruit for a Sous Chef for their hotel in central Manchester.

You will be working with and managing an innovative and prgressive kitchen that serves modern British cuisine with classical twists for the hotel restaurant as well as serving freshly prepared food for the banqueting areas of the hotel.

The role will be able to support and assist the hotel management team to achieve their goals of being able to cater for all their guests needs as well as managing the kitchen operations which will include training & development of the team,food hygiene and safety standards as well as achieving the required food Gross profit margins.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this is an opportunity to join a team that has a great name in the market and the ability to work with all fresh and seasoanl food.

£30k,great bonus up to £5k,benefits
