Sous Chef – near Chester
A very well regarded hotel group with operations across the North West for one of their hotels based near Chester for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen management team.
The business consists of the hotel with over 90 bedrooms with various F&B outlets which includes awarded restaurant,M&E for up to 200 guests in the largest suite as well as casual all day dining in the hotel Brasserie.
As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen team and be able to maintain and deliver those standards and prepare the all fresh food for all areas of the hotel which includes casual dining,breakfast all cooked to order as well as for events,weddings etc.
You will also manage and work with the team and ensure all food hygiene standards are achieved as well as food gp and cost controls,reporting direct to the Group Chef.
