Sr Sous/Head Chef – Cheltenham
This Bar/pub operation based in the Cheltenham area are now recruiting for a hands on Sr Sous/Head Chef to join their team.
The operation consists of a casual dining restaurant offering food served which is a mix of grills,pizzas,burgers etc and also a private dining area as well as a casual bar/pub venue.
The venue is undergoing re-development and so offers a Chef the opportunity to develop the food offering and to increase the food quality and standards with an input into the new menu and what the operation can offer.
Generally working and leading a small team and managing all aspects of the kitchen including health and hygiene also food stock controls and food ordering from the suppliers and to achieve an agreed food gp margin.
As part of the management of the operation and will be working with the team both kitchen and front of house and in a hands on role and to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and Director of the company.
