Revenue Manager – Nr Bury/Preston
This 4 star hotel owned by a well known and regarded company are recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join their hotel team and be part of the senior management operation.
The hotel has recently refurbished bedrooms as well as F&B facilities which includes an award winning restaurant as well as superbly appointed M&E with the largest catering for up to 200 + guests and spa facilities.
Your role will be to manage all aspects of revenue,rate setting,increase room rates as well as be able to negotiate LNR etc,working with a team of 3 which includes reservations manager and 2 co-ordinators and supporting them in their day to day roles to ensure targets are being achieved,RFI’s are dealt with in a timely manner and followed up to be able to achieve the hotel’s budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager you will also be involved in some sales as well as social media and marketing.
