I am recruiting for this 4 star hotel client in this beautifully appointed hotel with a 100 + cover restaurant and cocktail bar in close to Chester approx 20 minutes drive from the city centre.
The hotel offers bespoke luxury with all modern facilities including large F&B with the restaurant and also a casual all day dining space within the hotel as well as large M&E facilities for up to 200 guests and also offers a 1st class leisure and spa venue.
The client is looking to recruit a high end hands on Restaurant Manager for this highly regarded operation that serves both hotel guests as well as being a popular venue within the local community and serves breakfast,lunch,dinner and also offers space for morning coffees and afternoon teas.
As Restaurant Manager your role is to oversee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
