£35k,pension,up to £4k bonus,company discounts,company events,training and development
We are presently working with this group hotel in the Edinburgh area in great location in the suburbs of the city with easy access via roads and public transport.
The client is recruiting for a hands on Restaurant and Bar Manager for their busy casual all dining restaurant and the person to be able to lead the operation day to day and to offer and deliver great guest service.
The hotel has over 90 + bedrooms with various F&B areas that includes main hotel restaurant and bar as well as lounge areas,there is then additional services for conferences,events,weddings etc for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
The hotel also offers 1st class leisure and spa facilities to the hotel guests asa well as local members in the area.
The hotel caters to both the corporate and leisure markets and works with many local companies in the area but also attracts the local residential areas with the various facilities that the hotel offers.
Your role is to lead the day to day operations in the busy restaurant and bar and can cater for up to 120 + guest using the restaurant and bar area and the client is looking for an individual that can manage the department,working with the team to ensure a consistent high standard of service at all times.
To create a positive experience for guests,to connect and liaise with all departments in the hotel working with the Hotel HOD’s and respective teams to deliver great service at all times.
You will be able to communicate with the teams and to have a clear focus on the requirements of the department and work to achieve required financial targets as well as a quality of the guest experience.
Also to set goals and objectives for the team and to generate and increase sales and revenue in the department.
Reporting to the General Manager and liaise with the HOD’s with regular meetings with the departments.
