Operations Manager – Shropshire
This group hotel in a superb location close to major road networks in the region 80 + bedrooms as well as well appointed F&B areas including 100 cover casual dining restaurant,various bars and meeting rooms for up to 200 guests in the largest suite with full leisure and spa facilities are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their operation.
The role is to assist and support the General Manager in day to day operations and to oversee and manage the various HOD’s with a main focus on the F&B areas of the hotel.
The hotel is well established in the local and regional markets and offers great service throughout as well as the facility to an on site leisure club and gym.
You will be looking to further develop your managerial skills and use your experience and knowledge to assist the teams in all areas of the hotel to offer the highest standards of guest care at all times.
Reporting direct to the General Manager who is looking for an individual from a similar 4 star background coupled with great management skills,financial knowledge and the ability to further develop the operation with a hands on approach and key eye for details.
