The start of an exciting new challenge with this top hotel employer and the opportunity to become a General Manager in the next 18 months then this is the role for you.
The hotel part of a group based in Liverpool are presently looking to recruit for an Operations Manager to join their senior management team with a focus to oversee and manage the F&B areas of the hotel and the respective HOD’s in this area of the hotel and to ensure and maintain standards.
You will be managing various HOD’s across the hotel and to be able to manage them and their teams to deliver the highest standards of service in all areas of the hotel and a focus on supporting them to achieve key targets which include sales,guest feedback,budgets and profit margins.
Reporting direct to the General Manager who will support you in being able to offer training and development within key areas of your management experience.
