Operations Manager – Leeds region
This group 4 star hotel close the the major transportation links are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their company hotel.
The venue has 100 + bedrooms with large and multiple F&B operations including a 100 cover restaurant,M&E for up to 300 guests in the largest suite and numerous bars as well as leisure facilities etc.
As Operations Manager you will work with and support the HOD’s within the hotel to ensure and manage standards in all areas within agreed SOP’s and to offer training and development to each team and management member to develop them to be an effective and successful team.
The hotel has a good mix of business with corporate and leisure and due to location is a popular venue for conferences,events etc.
As such you will work with the all HOD’s to assist in the day to day management and ensure the smooth delivery of service and support them to ensure this is delivered.
Also to support the General Manager in achieving sales and budget targets and a working knowledge of sales,revenue,costs etc are a key element for the right candidate.
