Maintenance Engineer Manchester
New vacancy for a client based in the Manchester area for a Maintenance Engineer for a 4 star hotel,part of a national group.
The hotel has over 120 + bedrooms with various outlets in F&B,C&B as well as leisure and spa facilities.
The ideal candidate will have either electrical or mechanical background with relevant qualifications in either of the above areas.
Working knowledge and experience of pool plant equipment is preferable and also experience of both planned maintenance as well as general upkeep of the hotel,this will include painting and decorating and also some project management during times of refurbishment.
The hotel group do have central contracts in place for various areas which includes electrics,mechanical as well as plumbing and specialist areas to comply with health and safety.
Working with a team to assist you in the day to day management of the hotel and grounds,so management experience is also desirable.
Attend management meetings when required and reporting to the General Manager.
