Junior Sous Chef – Worcs

This beautifully appointed hotel with superb grounds and gardens are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join their team at this hotel in Worcestershire.

The hotel has over 100 + bedrooms with multiple outlets which includes fine dine restaurant as well as various M&E rooms with the largest of a capacity of over 500 guests.

The person will be working in a team and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef and also supporting the various team members and be able to offer assistance on going training and development to improve their skills and make the kitchen team inclusive.

The food is generally all fresh and would be considered modern British cuisine and also with seasonal menu changes

Reporting direct to the Head Chef the position will suit an individual who is looking to take their next career step from a Snior Chef de or similar role and is now looking for a new challenge and to maintain the hotel reputation as being a jewel in the local area for all events.
