Junior Sous Chef – nr Chester
This 4 star group hotel with rosettes are looking to recruit for a Junior Sous Chef to be part of their kitchen brigade.
The hotel has 80 + bedrooms with various food outlets which includes a rosette restaurant,M&E for up to 250 guests in the largest suite and also a popular location for Sunday lunch and afternoon teas.
As the Junior Sous Chef you will be hands on working various areas of the kitchen and to support and assist the Head Chef and Sous in the day to day management of the team and kitchen.
Managing and maintaining standards for food preparation and presentation as well as food costs and controls and the important food hygiene standards.
You will be required to manage the pass and also on a rota basis run the kitchen as the Head Chef requires as well as being involved in menu planning etc.
