Junior Sous Chef – Chester/Wirral area 

A well known and highly regarded hotel with numerous F&B operations which includes a fine dine award winning 2 rosette restaurant as well as various M&E areas for up to 300 guests as well as a recent National Award for part of their F&B department are looking for a Jr Sous Chef to join their team to work within the fine dining kitche.

The hotel has approx 8o bedrooms as well as leisure and spa facility and the fine dine restaurant opens for lunch and dinner with approx 50 covers using and serving all fresh,local and seasonal produce and has recently been awarded a 2nd rosette in recognition of this.

The Junior Sous Chef role will work as part of this team of approx 6 chefs and KP’s to ensure and deliver the high standards required and to have the ability to work at a consistent levels required.

Working as part of the team and the various corners of the kitchen and be able to support and train the junior team members and deliver the standards required at all times,to support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to also food safety standards as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career.
