Hotel General Manager – Llyn peninsula area

Presently recruiting for this superbly appointed luxury in prime location next to the sea in the beautiful area of the Llyn peninsula coastal region for a Hotel General Manager.
The hotel has luxury designed bedrooms along with a fantastic hotel restaurant,mail hotel bar and lounge area with various meeting room facilities ass well as leisure and spa also nearby superb local golf facilities.
The hotel has an award winning restaurant serving traditional local,seasonal food with modern influences as well as main hotel bar and lounge are serving morning coffee’s,Afternoon Teas along with some unique events and function spaces with the largest room catering for approx 100 guests for an event,wedding etc
The client is looking for a hands on person to lead and work with the operational team to ensure great customer service at all times,also manage the business to ensure to achieve the hotel budget and profit margins agreed.
You will work with and assist the HOD’s to create a positive working environment for all team members including casual and part time staff and offer training and development of the teams and departments.
Working with the sales and revenue teams as well as finance and to control the costs associated with labour,purchasing etc.
Report to the Regional Director with regular communication through face to face meetings as well as telephone conversations to ensure the business is running to the standards,costs etc to deliver the profits set out in the budgets.
£60,000.00 per year,bonus,company benefits and discounts
