Sales Manager – central Manchester , managing the ongoing relations with OTA’s , booking agents etc to drive business to the hotel – £30k

Head Housekeeper – Wrexham / Mold areas – day to day hands on management of all housekeeping and linen – £24k

Sous Chef , Jr Sous Chef and Chef de Parties – well regarded restaurant in South Manchester – hourly rates for Chef de up to £8 per hour and from £20k for Jr Sous and £24k for Sous Chef , straight shifts 5 over 7
