Head of Maintenance Engineer – Liverpool
Working with this company presently with operations in and around the Liverpool area for a key role for the group as a Head of Maintenance to join the management team.
The group have various venues with the hotels generally having at least a 100 + bedroom operation along with various F&B areas with function and event rooms as well as bars and restaurants.
The key focus for this role is the day to day management of all aspects of maintenance as well as health and safety of each site to ensure a high standard of guest care at all times.
You will have a team to assist you with the ongoing upkeep for general wear and tear and also be able to plan staged maintenance for all the key electrical and mechanical components of the hotels.
Ideally you will be from a mechanical or electrical background with relevant experience as well as recognised qualifications to be able to work legally on the hotel’s equipment.
Reporting directly the Hotel General Managers and as part of the senior team you will be required to take an active part in hotel meetings etc.
