Head Housekeeper – Sunderland/South Shields area
We are presently recruiting for a hands on Head Housekeeper to join this well established 4 star hotel with 100 + bedrooms,large multi outlet F&B services and also leisure facilities.
As the Head Housekeeper it is your role to lead and manage the department and team in the day to day operations and also to manage and control all costs associated with the department which includes linen stock,wage costs as well as the cleaning materials.
Working to achieve great guest feedback from both the corporate guests and lesiure clients who use the hotel.
You will also be part of the hotel management team and as such will work as a Duty Manager on a rota basis.
The team are a key part of the hotel and so you will also deliver training and development to each team member and keep a focused and motivated department.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager and dotted line to the GM.
