Head Chef – Wirral

This well known and regarded hotel based in superb location in the Wirral with superb views are recruiting for a Head Chef.

The hotel offers an award winning restaurant with a modern British influence menu as well as M&E for up to 200 guests in the largest suite and is a venue of choice for local residents offering great food,service and ambience as well as leisure and corporate guests.

The role of Head Chef is to manage the day to day kitchen operation and be able to manage all aspects which also include hands on cooking on a daily basis,also to ensure all food regulations are adhered to for food safety,health and hygiene and to also be responsible for food stocks,ordering and dealing with suppliers and managing food stocks and Gross Profit margins.

Working closely with the General Manager and being able to deliver a high standard of food and be creative with seasonal menu changes etc.
