Head Chef – Wirral
This recently renovated and well regarded restaurant based in a great location with superb views on the Wirral are recruiting for a Head Chef.
The restaurant serves classic food with a modern British influence and the food is all fresh open for all day dining and is a popular location and venue of choice for local residents offering great food,service and ambience.
The role of Head Chef is to manage the day to day kitchen operation and be able to manage all aspects which also include hands on cooking on a daily basis,also to ensure all food regulations are adhered to for food safety,health and hygiene and to also be responsible for food stocks,ordering and dealing with suppliers and managing food stocks and Gross Profit margins.
Working closely with the General Manager and being able to deliver a high standard of food and be creative with seasonal menu changes etc.
