Recruiting for this 4 star group hotel in the Warwickshire area near Stratford.
The hotel is part of an international group with operations across the UK and this hotel is a luxurious period build.
The hotel has 60 + bedrooms with award winning restaurant and superb F&B areas in the hotel.
You as Head Chef will be leading and managing the kitchen operations day to day and ensure the highest quality of food at all times for maximum guest satisfaction.
The restaurant offers local high end produce with a twist using classic recipes with a modern techniques as well as some fusion cuisine being a key feature.
This is a hands on role to develop the kitchen,menus,team and offer training and development to all kitchen team members.
Also to create a positive working relationship with the front of house teams to ensure that the food and service is always memorable.
The hotel also caters to weddings,events and conferences as well as the restaurant.
Working as part of the senior management team and being able to ensure great teamwork across the hotel.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and attend management meetings when required.
Achieving food GP margins,control costs for wages,food ordering etc as well as all health and safety and to achieve 5 star food hygiene rating.
