The client is recruiting for a Head Chef to join the management team in this 4 star hotel with super F&B facilities which includes a fine dine restaurant with a rosette and also C&B for up to 200 in largest suite.
The hotel has an excellent reputation in the local area and is considered one of the best hotels in the area with it’s close proximity to the major roads and rail networks.
A stunning property with 70 + bedrooms and a choice for both the corporate and leisure markets.
The Head Chef will manage all day to day kitchen operations working with and supporting the team,also involved in menu planning,working with suppliers to negotiate rates and be inclusive with the team for assisting in this as well as planning and training all team members.
