Hot new vacancy for Head Chef ,North Wales 

Head Chef required for an outstanding 4 star hotel located in a superb location in North Wales,clos eot the major road and rail networks.

The venue offers a 80 + luxurious bedrooms as well as a fine dine restaurant coupled with large conference and events facilities as well as full leisure and spa.

The food served throughout hotel is a high standard and in most areas of the hotel it is fresh and seasonal and also local produce.

The hotel is popular with both the leisure and corporate markets and within the hotel it also can cater for over 200 guests in the largest suite and then also has various boardrooms available from 2 guests to a 100.

As Head Chef and as part of the senior management of the operation you will have an involvement in the day to day kitchen operations but also with decision making for the hotel and to ensure and create a safe and enjoyable working environment and to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.

You will have involvement in all aspects of the kitchen which will include developing and writing menus,also dealing with suppliers and ensuring you are getting the best produce,also working to achieve the agreed targets which includes Food GP,wage costs and the general hygiene and legal areas of the kitchen.

Reporting direct to the General Manager this role will suit an individual who is looking to move away from central menus,suppliers etc.

£45k,bonus and benefits.
