Head Chef – Cheshire nr Chester
Great new vacancy for a Head Chef in a beautiful location in rural Cheshire close to Chester approx 20 mins.
The hotel has 50 + bedrooms and offers F&B in various areas of the hotel which includes award winning restaurant with C&B and largest suite with a capacity of approx 150 guests and other rooms for events,conferences etc.
The hotel is popular with the corporate and leisure markets and also offers both a fully equipped gym and a spa facility.
As Head Chef you will be part of the senior management of the operation and working with a kitchen brigade to assist,support and offer ongoing training and development to each member of the team.
You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen which will include writing menus,also dealing with suppliers and ensuring you are getting the best produce,also working to achieve the agreed targets which includes Food GP,wage costs and the general hygiene and legal areas of the kitchen.
Reporting direct to the General Manager this role will suit an individual who is looking to move away from central menus,suppliers etc.
