Head Chef – Liverpool

Presently recruiting for a key role for this client’s hotel in the Liverpool area.
The hotel has over 70 + bedrooms with various F&B facilities which includes a 100 cover all day dining casual restaurant open to both residents and also local market clients.
The hotel also has extensive C&B facilities with the largest suite for over 120 + guests.
As Head Chef you be managing the kitchen department and working with the kitchen team and ensure that standards in all areas of the kitchen are being adhered to and achieved this includes H&S,food hygiene,stock controls and food purchasing.
Working with the team and be able to assist and support all kitchen team members and offer ongoing training and development and create a great working environment.
Also working with the front of house teams and develop a positive working co-operation between both teams to ensure a great guests experience.
You will have the full support of the General Manager and reporting directly to them and all other HOD  management and be provided with the tools needed to deliver this new concept.
This is a great opportunity for someone to have a major input and be part of a successful hotel operation.
