Recruiting for a high end gastro pub with rooms based in scenic location on Anglesey for a hands on Head Chef.
This venue is unique for the Head Chef as you are writing all of your own menus using fresh,seasonal and as much local produce as possible.
The venue is approx 100 covers and during peak season is producing food for over 300 + guests,this includes both full menu items as well as light bites etc available during the day.
The team is approx 8 – 10 chefs during the quieter winter season and increasing to 12 – 15 during the summer season.
You will manage all of your own purchasing and working to achieve agreed financial targets for food GP margins and wage costs in line with the company and site budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager and then dotted line to the Group Director.
