Head Chef – nr Warrington

£45k,benefits,pension up to 3%,training and development,40 hour contract

We are presently recruiting for this Warrington hotel for a hands on Head Chef.

The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with 120 cover main hotel restaurant and bar and also caters for events and functions for 200 + guests.

You will be managing the team and ensure and maintain food standards at all times,as well as working to the company standards for food quality from the company standard menus with menu changes to cater for the various guests of the hotel and also the functions and events menus for the hotel.

The restaurant is open for breakfast,lunch and dinner and serving hotel guests and also the local residents and has a popular traditional Sunday lunch menu available.

You will supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen
Manage and train kitchen staff
Oversee inventory management and ordering of food supplies
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Manage the food stocks and controls                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
