Our Client are currently looking for a Head Chef to join & lead our kitchen team and drive the business forward. The successful candidate will take ownership of the menus, specials boards and kitchen rotas. You will be the main point of contact for all kitchen suppliers and will work with a fresh produce menu.

The Idea Candidate:
- Experience of working at this level in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent management skills, able to manage and lead a kitchen team from the front.
- Maintain set GP targets.
- Current experience managing a fresh food kitchen.
- Take full control of all stocks and orders within the kitchen.
- Maintain 5 star hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Be a team player with communication and organisational skills.
- Have a genuine passion and flair for good quality food.
You will need to be a hard-working team player who loves to motivate his/her brigade with their own passion for our fantastic industry. You need to have an eye for detail and a real desire to provide great food and service in all aspects of the business. You will have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to communicate well.
