This well regarded venue in Liverpool are recruiting for an F&B Manager role for their site in Liverpool.
The role is hands on to lead and manage all day to day aspects of the business which includes a contemporary restaurant,M&E for up to 15o guests in the largest suite and also lounge and bar area.
You will work with and support the HOD’s for restaurant,bar and M&E and ensure that the standards of service are always of the highest level,also work to achieve company targets for sales in all areas and to manage the costs for food,wet and wages.
Reporting direct to the General Manager this is a role to develop your career and work with an expanding company.
