This national group owned hotel with 100 + bedrooms in the limited service market are recruiting for a General Manager to lead the team in the hotel based in Crawley area.
The hotel due to location has 90% + occupanyc and offers great service and guest satisfaction and as General Manager your role is to ensure that this is maintained at all times and to support the Managers in each department to achieve the highest standard of guest service and work with them to ensure and manage financial and cost control targets.
With a great location and both corporate and the leisure markets to service the hotel has a great local reputation.
Working with the management team to achieve and ensure budgets,sales and revenue targets are achieved in line with the company requirements and make the hotel a location of choice for the area.
Reporting direct to the Operations Director and the ability to have an impact in all areas of the business.
